This is an exciting opportunity to join Wave at a pivotal stage in our development and growth. As part of our highly experienced and highly effective School Development Team, you will help shape the future of a Trust committed to transforming the lives of children and young people who have often faced significant barriers to success.

At Wave, our values are rooted in the belief that every child deserves opportunity, ambition, belonging and the chance to thrive. Through our specialist and alternative provision academies, we support some of the most vulnerable pupils across the South West, helping them to re-engage with learning, overcome challenges and achieve positive futures.

As Trust School Improvement and Performance Lead, you will work alongside our Trust Inclusion Lead and Trust Safeguarding, Behaviour and Attendance Lead, and our committed team of School Leaders to ensure that every academy benefits from strong support, constructive challenge and high expectations. You will lead the Trust's approach to performance intelligence and school improvement, helping leaders use evidence effectively, strengthen the quality of education and secure improved outcomes for pupils.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and values-driven leader who is passionate about educational excellence, inclusion and social justice. You will have the chance to influence practice across the Trust, work directly with academy leaders, lead improvement initiatives and provide operational leadership support where it is most needed.

If you share our commitment to improving life chances and believe that every child can succeed with the right support, encouragement and ambition, we would love to hear from you.
