We are looking to appoint a proactive and highly professional administrator looking for a varied role across multiple academy settings. We are seeking a dedicated Peripatetic Senior Administrator to provide high-quality administrative, secretarial and operational support across our academies in Mid to South Devon.

This role will see you working closely with Principals and academy teams to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. You will play a key part in maintaining robust financial and administrative processes in line with Trust procedures, supporting HR and payroll activities, and ensuring that all records, systems and compliance requirements are accurate and up to date.

As a central point of contact, you will build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, carers, contractors and external agencies, while promoting a welcoming and professional environment in every academy. You will also support the implementation of Trust policies, including safeguarding and child protection, and actively contribute to our positive behaviour culture to help deliver outstanding educational experiences for our pupils.

Who We Are

Wave are an established and successful Multi Academy Trust, comprising of Alternative Provision Academies (APAs), Medical Academies (including Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust’s child and adolescent mental health unit ‘Sowenna’) and a Special Academy.

We provide education for vulnerable pupils aged 4 – 19 across Devon and Cornwall. The Trust has a national reputation for the delivery of outstanding pupil outcomes including enabling pupils to access the most appropriate education setting and transition to employment, training and higher or further education.
